Every product belongs to a certain serie and a certain category and every serie belongs to a certain manufacturer. An overview manufacturers you can find under the button "Products" and the product categories you can find under the button "Search".

Select product

If you choose the "product" function, then follow the next steps:
-    Push the button "product" and you will find a page with all the manufacturers, i.e.:

     .    Manufacturers for furniture, wash basins, mirrors, accessories (small collection), etc. are:
          Bolan, Note sull' Acqua, Log, Metalkris, Ideal Bagni, Linea Bagni, Novello and Vetrarte
     .    Lighting: Baulmann Leuchten and CF Light

     .    Accessories: Le Perle (own brand), IVAB and Resine Sintetiche.

-    After you select a manufacturer you will find the series, go to a serie and you will find the
     compositions within this serie.
-    Push a preferred composition and you will find the products within this compositions with all the
     necessary specifications  (if you push on specs, we show alternative products), colours
     (push on a certain colour and the product will change into this colour), sizes and materials.
      There is also a link to some accessory collections belonging to this composition. Of course
      you can add other products to this composition.

Search for a product
If you are looking for product with the "search function", please follow the next steps. Within the search function you have the possibility to find products by "key words". Besides you can make several choices divide by some groups, i.e.
-    Group 1      :Main category → sub category → product name
                          Click the "pull down" menu and make your choice
-    Group 2      :Material → Colour
                          Click the "pull down" menu and make your choice
-    Group 3      :Manufacturer → Serie
                          Click the "pull down" menu and make your choice
-    Group 4      :Sizes (length, depth, height). Add the minimum and maximum sizes

By every choice you make, the product possibility will decrease. Of course you are free to keep choices open.

If you finish all the above, push the button "search" and the next page shows you all the products you chose incl. all the related information. If this is still too much you can always make some extra choices and push again the "search" button.

Ordering
If you want to order, push the button "add to the order list". Every time you put an article in your "order list", you will see the overview of your orders. Of course you can also delete one of the articles, i.e. type 0 in the column "number".
After putting an article in your order list you can go on with "shopping". The articles will be saved in the order list. You don't need to order immediately. We will save your order list for 10 days and you can always add products to this order list. You can reach your order list via "customer info".

Attention: Before you really order, please check once again your order list and then push the button "order" and check also your address information and push then the button "send".
We also give you the possibility to prepare your "preference list". This list you can use if you order products more than once.

Confirmation of your order
If Sany Royal received your order we will always check this order very carefully. After this checking we send you a so-called "quotation". On this "quotation" you will see: your order number, delivery and payment term and possibly mistakes. We ask you to check once again this quotation and put your signature on it. After we received the quotation we send you the final confirmation together with the invoice for advanced payment *). We will place the order at the manufacturer as soon as we received you advance payment.

*) The advanced payment is 20% of the total net amount with a minimum of Euro 50.

Order status
Via "customer info" you can check the status of your order. Push the button "overview orders" and the overview gives you an update of your order.

Delivery
We deliver on "COD" (cash on delivery) conditions.  We will separately charge you for handling costs (10 Euro) and transport costs
